Creating Custom Modules

You can freely modify any of the pre-built workflows in the HR module or create your own using the intuitive drag-and-drop editor.

For each workflow, you can choose its name, icon, color, and location. Within it, you can customize and add individual cards and fields, including their types (text, date, yes/no, document, etc.).

With custom workflows, you can create a system tailored precisely to your needs.

Permissions and Notifications

For each module, you can easily set which users have access to it. You can search within records or set up notifications (such as reminders for OHS training deadlines). Sync deadlines with your calendar or connect them to other business applications.

Document Creation

You can upload your own Word documents to each module as templates for print reports. With a few clicks, you can then download a document filled with your data at any time, for printing or to send for an electronic signature.

Calendar Creation

You can create Calendars from any module in the HR module.

For example, from the Medical Checkups workflow, you can create a calendar called "Scheduled Checkups" that displays events based on the "next checkup date" field.
